Candidate B factor Education: 10 – the Candidate has Phd

Candidate C factor English Skills: 9 – the Candidate Speaks English very well

View the calculated result note that Candidate C result is highest even though it only had third places, If the Programming Skills was most important a different Candidate may have won.
